You cannot invest in a monthly gym membership as you will be moving around a great deal and a routine can be difficult to come by.

No Machines
There are so many exercise which you can do without the use of fancy gym equipment and it is important that you on’t use this as an obstacle to prevent you from working out. Take Every Opportunity
You amy not be able to nail down a routine like exercise between 7-9 every day, that shouldn’t stop you from still aiming to work out for around an hour each day. In order to stay on top of your exercise you need to take every available opportunity to do so. This can be tricky in amongst all of the adventure but if you want to stay in shape on the road this this is exactly what you need to do.
Make it an Adventure
Making your workout part of your adventure can really give you a little extra inspiration when it comes to getting some exercise. Imagine doing squats at Machu Picchu, or press-ups in front of the Taj Mahal or racking up the miles as you run along Ipanema and Copacabana beach. These types of workouts are fun and once-in-a-lifetime so be sure to add them to your experiences.
Seek Out Activities
When you are traveling you can have a great amount of fun whilst you work out if you opt for active experiences which will help you to stay in shape. Volcano climbing, kayak tours, bike tours, hiking, caving, climbing, these are all activities that you can do whilst you are on the road which will give you amazing experiences and they are also a great way to stay in shape.
Pick Your Parties
There will be a lot of party time whilst you are on the road, don’t say no to everything just because you are staying in shape but make sure you are well planned for them. A party every now and again isn’t going to make you obese but those regular afternoon beers or seeking a party when there isn’t one is a surefire way to put those pounds on. By all means party, but do so with a purpose.
